SJ Tractor and Equipment LLC is proud to be a veteran-owned business founded by Sarah Nowak, an Air Force veteran. We understand the challenges of transitioning into new fields, and while Sarah is relatively new to the heavy equipment industry, she brings invaluable business management skills that help us grow and adapt. Co-owner Heath Nowak complements her vision with his many years of experience in construction, mining, and agricultural equipment sales and repairs. Having worked with various global OEMs, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong relationships, drive sales, and create effective solutions to support our customers.
